What We Believe
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God. It is true in everything it teaches and stands as our final authority for what we believe and how we live.(2 Timothy 3:15–17)
God and Jesus Christ
We believe obedience to the gospel includes expressing our faith in Jesus Christ through water baptism in His Name. Baptism identifies us with His death, burial, and resurrection, marking the beginning of new life in Him.(Hebrews 10:23–25; Acts 2:42–47; 1 Corinthians 12:12–26)
Water Baptism

The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is active and moving today. The baptism of the Holy Spirit, His gifts, and the fruit produced by His work within us are available to all believers. Just as Jesus experienced both water baptism and the Spirit descending upon Him, we follow His example in seeking to be baptized in water and filled with the Holy Spirit.(Mark 1:7–11; John 14:16–18; Acts 1:5)
The Church
We believe the church is called out of the world to fully follow Jesus Christ and love one another sacrificially. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, the church brings real spiritual change to the community and serves as a beacon of hope for the world. We are many members with unique gifts, united for one purpose—the cause of Christ.(Hebrews 10:23–25; Acts 2:42–47; 1 Corinthians 12:12–26)
